1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ComicForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms and will note the revised date above.

2. Your account & content

You are responsible for the scripts, characters, artwork, and other content you create or upload. You retain ownership of your work. By publishing an issue, you grant ComicForge a limited license to display it to readers through the platform. You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content that violates these terms.

3. AI-generated work

ComicForge uses AI to assist with writing, character design, and art generation. AI output is a starting point, not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated material before publishing. You are also responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with any applicable third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by automating access, scraping reader data, attempting to access other users' private work, or disrupting service. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Service availability

ComicForge is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features. We are not liable for data loss beyond what is reasonable for our control.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your published issues remain visible to readers unless you unpublish them.
